WHO WE ARE
The Ammonius Foundation is committed to advancing the public intellectual good in a way that exemplifies the highest values of responsible philanthropy. The Foundation extends an earlier 1999 charter of the “A. M. Monius Institute” in supporting philosophical investigation of the most fundamental aspects of reality. Since its beginnings in Princeton, NJ nearly a decade ago, The Foundation has distributed in excess of a half million dollars in funding support and awards to scholars of philosophy and philosophical theology. The Ammonius Foundation is guided by its Mission Statement, and aligns itself with no other published or unpublished document, nor with the expressed position of any political, religious, or philosophical figure, movement or organization.
The Ammonius Foundation is a not-for-profit organization operating under IRC 501(c)3 and the laws of the State of New Jersey.
